So I buy a special coin each year because I deserve it. I have worked hard and been blessed to be able to pick 33 years up.
I’ve purchased before from this company plenty of times but never ran into no issues with delivery of the package. The package said delivered but it wasn’t there and I know that’s not on the company but I still contacted AA Medallion and they were able to resend another coin and replace it at no charge. Definitely a positive experience and I appreciate the effort they made to make it right even if it was out of their control.
This was purchased as a gift for a woman in program who had been an inspiration to me. I wanted to show her how much her recovery journey has inspired me, and others. She received it on time, with the velvet box and shared the photos of this beautiful coin , a piece of art with me. The coin was delivered from the AA Medallion Store to her in tack. I only wished there was a spot to add a little note when sending to a friend.
I love this beautiful medallion. By the grace of God and some hard work on my part over the years, I’m happy to say I have 38 years of sobriety today. 😊 I buy a nice medallion for my sobriety birthday every year. This one has a quote by Bill Wilson, a co-founder of AA. It reads, “I stood in the sunlight at last.” How true that is. Getting sober was like waking up to the person I was meant to be. I feel grateful every day, especially on June 22nd.

A very unique memento to celebrate and commemorate my sobriety. Nice chip, vibrant colors , great message. The only thing keeping it from five stars is the print is so thin and tiny it’s very hard to read. Pictures made it look more legible prior to ordering.
I love this token! I bought the same one for my sponsor a few months ago and then bought one for myself (since it's Covid and I don't know if I'll be taking any chips in person). I love the colors and the representation of the sunlight of the spirit. I also love that the front quotes Bill W "I stood in the sunlight at last" and the back says "It was only a matter of being willing to believe in a power greater than myself" which is different than the serenity prayer or other messages that other tokens have.
